“The initial impression I got when  I attended Nita’s workshop is realizing her depth of knowledge on various aspects of life. It felt incredible to listen to some of the important notions from her viewpoint which sparked some soul searching of my own. The fact that she is well-read is an understatement. Her approach to handling stress and anxiety is pragmatic and effective. I would definitely attend it again in a heartbeat!”

“This class helps you in thinking from many fronts, from Carl Jung to Chakras. It was both intellectually stimulating as well as practical via well-designed exercises to reflect on oneself. I went as a skeptic but felt it was worth spending my weekend time attending the class.”

I highly recommend Nita’s training. In our case, we started a bimonthly session workshop with Nita for about 10 of us in the midst of the pandemic around June.   We were all Harvard classmates and busy people, looking for some inner peace and understanding of what had been quite a difficult year from the start.   Nita was very capable all throughout and was able to bring peace of mind and happiness to us during these months.  Her approach to mindfulness is fantastic and her charisma and dedication made it very pleasant for all attendees.  She has deep knowledge of the topics she covers and one of the ones I enjoyed most was learning in each session about the seven Chakras in a deeply meaningful way.  A lot of practical tips also helped people like me that tend to be pragmatic. Thank you, Nita!

The genuine warmth and sincerity she radiates, and her infectious enthusiasm in sharing her wide knowledge of healing techniques, made for a very satisfying experience. She has a deep understanding of Hindu tradition that complements this. All this she is able to do in a most expressive and articulate way. She also skillfully engaged workshop participants in honest discussion and reflection. Our take-home 'toolbox' included practical knowledge to start applying right away, and I can vouch for the effectiveness.

I really enjoyed the workshop on "joyful living" with Nita Ganapati. It connected dots between the leadership workshops that I do to the ancient esoteric knowledge. That understanding allows me to meet/communicate with my clients at the level that they are ready for - it expands my range. I loved the deeper interpretations of some of the mythology and other stories that I grew up with. Thank you Nita for explaining things in a way that was so easy to understand. Your workshop was not just academic, it also gave me simple and easy to implement action items in my day to day life as well.

For those of us who are now away, figuratively and literally, from the source of this Vedic, philosophical, religious, and/or spiritual knowledge, Nita’s talks provide excellent introduction and reinforcement.  Her immense and ever-expanding knowledge, exudes authenticity and practicality, along with reasoning and openness, thereby giving the talks a cross-generational appeal. The manner in which Nita amalgamates spirituality and well-being is beautiful.

I was happy to attend her workshop on Joyful Abundance.  She has a very deep knowledge of transcendental philosophy from all of her world. Her present-day relevant take on Indian philosophy and mythological tales with a sense of humor are superb. I learned a lot at the workshop. I have started implementing a few things I learned at the workshop.

I truly enjoy the class and love the way you make us understand the value and powers of these chakras in our life. Your depth of knowledge and real-life examples along with its connection with Ramayana and Mahabharata is what makes this class so lively and interesting to me! The energy level with the group is amazing and inspires me a lot. I enjoy every single class and I wish more people can get a chance to experience this.

Nita introduced us to the 7 chakras, explaining complex philosophical concepts in the most simple way. We were a group of Harvard law school classmates reconnecting after  28 years, with the pandemic and lockdowns. The universality of the subject combined with Nita’s ease of connecting everything to everything else gave us a sense of connection at a time when life and normalcy had taken its different turns. We come from different countries and continents, different beliefs, and exposed to different value systems. Both the nature of the teachings we were exposed to and Nita’s way of explaining them helped us to connect our journeys through time, our joys and trials, helping us to understand why things are the way they are and how we can mold our destinies and make things better. Learning to accept, learning to let go, and learning that everything happens for a reason was important. Nita’s knowledge of her subject, her simple explanations, her acceptance without judgment and capacity to understand, to spread love and happiness, tool her sharing to another level. A pathway to understanding. Highly recommended.

My experience with Nita leading a group of Harvard classmates was extraordinary. She opened for me a very important side of my life from several points of view. In my work, I started to be more focused and creative while in my personal life happier and fulfilled. I will soon continue with one to one sessions in order to continue opening doors that I did not know before to go deeper into Nita’s immense knowledge of the fantástic tools that we can use to be better persons and to be able to lead others in a more integral way.

It was a fascinating experience to listen to Nita’s warm and enlightening words guiding me to cope with worries and anxieties together with the group of old friends participating from different continents.  I was a complete beginner in meditation but Nita’s explanation was clear and thoughtful allowing a beginner like me to immediately delve into and enjoy the profound theory.  I could take notes during the session so that I was able to practice what I learned at the session. Nita’s session was very concrete and taught me how I can work with my body and mind to think and speak differently in everyday life and experience a different perspective and lead a fulfilling and happier life.  I am so glad that I joined Nita’s session.  Thank you so much, Nita.
